How do I get there?
Svalbard: fly via Oslo (about 3 h) or Tromsø (about 1.5 h). Winter: Tromsø.

Aurora: often, on clear winter nights. Polar bears: maybe, and only from 300–500 m in Svalbard. Never guaranteed.
